INSTANTA Distribution – 7 years on the market of distribution. Formation staging:  
  • Company founded in 2004 with the head office situated in the capital of Southern Federal District, the city of Rostov-on-Don
  • 2005 – opening 3 representative offices of the company in Southern Federal District
  • 2006 – opening 6 representative offices in Southern Federal District, Central Federal District and Privolzhsky Federal District
  • 2007 – opening 13 representative offices in Federal District, Central Federal District, Ural Federal District, Siberian Federal District, Far East Federal District
  • 2007 – Microsoft company recognition, title «Best COEM – distributor in Russia»
  • 2008 – introduction of hub goods distribution system
  • 2009 – new direct contracts signing with software vendors – RitLabs, Agnitum, UserGate, GFI, Traffic inspector
  • 2010 – direct contracts signing with software vendors Ascon, Bricscad, Acronis, Embarcadero.
  • 2010 – first international distributional agreement and introduction of net equipment Edimax in goods package (producer EDIMAX Technology, Taiwan).
  • 2011 – direct contracts signing with 2X Software
